No walk ins. I-ACT guidelines prohibit businesses that offer colon hydro therapy to be walk in businesses. We cannot accept walk ins for services or to ask questions. No professional medical office can accommodate walk ins to ask questions & neither can we. We provide consultation over the phone to be sure you’re a candidate for our services and to answer questions you may have about how to best prepare.

No fragrance. We ask that you refrain from wearing fragrance out of respect for chronically ill and chemically sensitive people.

No additional people brought to your appointment (no children, spouses, assistants, friends, etc.). We cannot watch children for you and to maintain the privacy of our clientele we do not allow extra bodies in our waiting area.

No pets.

No one in the treatment room other than the person receiving treatment & our trained therapists. Our insurance doesn’t cover guests in your treatment room. We make exceptions for clients who need help in & out of wheelchairs who come with trained medical aids.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy.

No photography or videography for the privacy of our clients. Influencers are not welcome to record themselves in our facility.
