No walk ins. I-ACT guidelines prohibit businesses that offer colon hydro therapy to be walk in businesses. We cannot accept walk ins for services or to ask questions. No professional medical office can accommodate walk ins to ask questions & neither can we. We provide free consultation over the phone.
No fragrance. We ask that you refrain from wearing fragrance out of respect for chronically ill and chemically sensitive people.
No additional people brought to your appointment (no children, spouses, friends, etc.). We cannot watch children for you and to maintain the privacy of our clientele we do not allow extra bodies in our waiting area. It is not a fair expectation that you bring a loved one to your appointment in hopes that we will persuade them to begin services with us; that is not our job & we are here to serve people who have decided they want our services.
No pets.
No one in the treatment room other than the person receiving treatment & our trained therapists. Our insurance doesn’t cover guests in your treatment room. We make exceptions for clients who need help in & out of wheelchairs & who come with trained medical aids.
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. We charge the full price of the services booked for day of cancellations.
No photography or videography for the privacy of our clients.
