Meet Lauren
Lauren is the founder of Ritual Wellness, San Francisco Colonics, and the owner of Cleanse Marin in Kentfield, CA. Lauren is a certified holistic nutritionist from Bauman College as well as an Advanced Level colon therapist & I-ACT and LIBBE instructor. Her expertise in detox therapies sets her apart from most nutritionists as she’s able to utilize diet, lifestyle, and supplements, in combination with detox therapies for accelerated results. Her background far exceeds any colon therapist whose training is limited to device management and does not include a holistic approach to healing digestive issues, rebuilding the gut, and addressing detoxification challenges. Lauren has been doing this work for more than 15 years and believes detox is preventative care and encourages her clients to embrace detox as a lifestyle.
